Dave Wills at Oregon Trail is famous for his mystery beer events. The basic premise is that you are given a sheet of paper with 10-15 beers styles or actual beers listed and then you blind sample each brew and see if you can match them all up correctly! Very fun and crazy educational! This year he has decided to do a Mystery IPA Event!! 10-15 IPA's and you are trying to accurately guess each one. Think you've got a high IPA-IQ..then come on down the Oregon Trail Brewery and test your stuff!

The downtown dream decided to take it up a notch this year and host a Dark Side tap takeover on Friday, September 14th!! What is a dark side tap takeover you ask? Well, Seth Waddell from CrowBar and the crew at the downtown American Dream Pizza decided it would be super fun to put on all dark beers for the night. Everything from porters, stouts, coffee stouts, and even CDA's will be flowing! The roof will be open as well as the front of the house so this event is definitely family friendly...just no minors in the Crowbar. To the Dark Side......

This is an event not to be missed! Take in an evening of fantastic and ultra rare barrel-matured beers in the relaxing setting of Corvallis' downtown Odd Fellows Hall. Mingle with brewers and other barrel-matured beer aficionado's as we explore the creations from Block 15, Flat Tail, 2 Towns Ciderhouse, The Commons Brewery, Breakside Brewing, Cascade Brewing, Logsdon Farmhouse Ales, Stone Brewing, Lickspigot, Oakshire Brewing and Ninkasi Brewing. Tickets are $25 and include a souvenir poster, ticket, BARREL logo'd belgian tulip tasting glass, tasting booklet and 4 tasting tokens. 1 token = 4oz. pour with an 8oz. pour max at one time.
